    The lead joins today's IndiaMART batch, with duplicates handled by your rule.

    Assigned and called

    Auto-assign or distribute the batch; the rep calls in one tap and logs the outcome.

Setup guide

Connect IndiaMART in a few minutes.

Available on: Growth and Enterprise plans.

  1. In DialSathi, open Integrations → Add Integration → IndiaMART.
  2. Copy the webhook URL shown, and choose your duplicate rule and auto-assign agent.
  3. In your IndiaMART seller account, enable the CRM / Push API integration and paste the URL (ask IndiaMART support if the option isn't visible on your plan).
  4. Send a test enquiry and watch it appear in Integrations → Webhook logs and in Leads.

FAQ

IndiaMART questions.

Do I still need to download leads from the IndiaMART panel?

No. Once connected, each enquiry is pushed to DialSathi automatically. The webhook log shows every delivery so you can confirm nothing was missed.

What happens to repeat enquiries from the same buyer?

You choose: skip the duplicate, or update the existing lead's empty fields. Either way the buyer is not created twice.

Can IndiaMART leads go to specific salespeople?

Yes. Set an auto-assign agent on the integration, or distribute each day's IndiaMART batch by round robin, equal split or least loaded.

Which plans include the IndiaMART integration?

API integration with IndiaMART is available with both the Growth and Enterprise plans.
