HRMS & Payroll · add-on module

HR and payroll that already knows who called and who closed.

Most sales floors run attendance on one app, incentives in Excel and payroll in another tool, then spend the first week of every month reconciling them. DialSathi HRMS sits on the same data as the CRM, so attendance builds itself from dialer sessions and closed deals flow straight into the payslip.

What's included

Everything in HRMS.

Employees

  • Employee records with codes, departments, designations and reporting managers
  • PAN, UAN, ESI and bank details for payroll
  • Linked to the agent's CRM login, so there is one person, not two records

Attendance

  • Built every night from each agent's dialer session time
  • Full-day and half-day thresholds you set
  • Holidays and weekly offs respected
  • Manual check-in and check-out for non-calling staff
  • Admin correction when something needs fixing

Leave

  • Your own leave types, e.g. casual, sick, earned
  • Balances per employee, with bulk annual allocation
  • Requests approved by the reporting manager
  • Approved leave shows on the attendance record

Expenses

  • Expense claims by category, with receipt uploads
  • Manager approval with a decision note
  • Approved claims reimbursed through the next payslip

Incentives

  • Pay on converted leads, connected calls, talk minutes or a % of deal value
  • Minimum targets and maximum payouts per rule
  • Rules apply to the roles you choose
  • Calculated per agent per month from CRM data: no spreadsheet, no disputes

Payroll

  • Salary structures per employee
  • Monthly payslips: draft, finalised, paid
  • Payable days from attendance and leave
  • Earnings, incentives, reimbursements and deductions on one payslip
How it works

From the CRM to done, step by step.

  1. 1

    Agents dial

Every dialer session is timed: available, on call, wrap-up and breaks.

  2. 2

    Attendance builds overnight

Each night the day's session time becomes the attendance record, against your full-day and half-day thresholds.

  3. 3

    Deals feed incentives

Leads marked won count towards the agent's incentive rules for the month.

  4. 4

    Payroll in one run

Salary, approved expenses and incentives come together in a draft run, then finalise and mark paid.

Who uses it

The right access for each role.

HR

Runs employees, leave, attendance corrections and payroll, with no access to leads or CRM settings.

Manager

Approves leave and expenses for their team, but never sees a colleague's salary.

Agent

Checks attendance, applies for leave, files expenses and downloads payslips from the app.

Connected to your CRM

No copying between tools.

Deals become incentives

Leads marked won feed the incentive engine, and the amount lands on the agent's payslip that month.

Calls mark attendance

Each night, the day's dialer sessions become the attendance record. No separate punch-in.

Offers become employees

An accepted offer converts into an employee record, so HR doesn't key the new hire in again.

FAQ

HRMS questions.

How is attendance calculated?

Each night, DialSathi adds up the time an agent spent in dialer sessions that day and marks full day, half day or absent against thresholds you set. Holidays and weekly offs are respected, and admins can correct any day.

Can non-calling staff use it?

Yes. Staff who don't dial can check in and check out manually, and use leave, expenses and payslips like everyone else.

What can incentives be based on?

Converted leads, connected calls, talk minutes, or a percentage of deal value. Each rule can have a minimum target and a maximum payout, and applies to the roles you choose.

Who can see salaries?

Only HR and admins. Managers approve leave and expenses for their team without seeing anyone's salary.

Is HRMS included in the plans?
