Accounting integration

Invoices raised in the CRM, ready for your accountant.

Your accountant lives in Tally; your sales team lives in the CRM. With Sales & Billing, invoices are raised from won leads in DialSathi, and the issued ones export as a CSV your accountant can import into Tally, so nothing is keyed in twice.

FAQ

Tally export questions.

Is this a live sync with Tally?

No. It is an export: you download a CSV of issued invoices for a period and import it into Tally. That keeps your books under your accountant's control.

Are draft invoices exported?

No. Only issued and paid invoices are exported, because drafts are not accounting records.

Do I need the Sales & Billing module?

Yes. Invoices are created in the Sales & Billing add-on module.
