Terms of Service
Last updated 4 October 2026
These terms govern your use of DialSathi's website, web CRM, Android app and add-on modules (the "Service"). By creating a workspace or using the Service, your company agrees to them.
Accounts
You are responsible for the people you invite, the roles you give them and keeping login details safe. The workspace administrator controls who can access what.
Plans, billing and taxes
Plans are billed yearly in advance, in Indian rupees, plus applicable GST. Plan limits (users, call queues and contacts) are listed on the pricing page. Add-ons are quoted separately. Charges from third-party providers you connect, such as WhatsApp and SMS, are billed by those providers.
Acceptable use
- Follow applicable law, including TRAI regulations on commercial communication and data protection law.
- Only contact people you have a lawful basis to contact, and respect opt-outs.
- Do not use the Service to send spam, harass anyone or store unlawful content.
- Do not try to break, overload or access other customers' data.
Your data
Your company owns the data it puts into DialSathi. You can export it while your account is active. We process it only to provide the Service, as described in our privacy policy.
Availability and changes
We work to keep DialSathi available and secure, and may improve or change features over time. We will give notice of changes that materially reduce what your plan includes.
Cancellation
You can cancel at the end of any billing period. After cancellation we keep your data for a limited period so you can export it, then delete it.
Liability
To the extent allowed by law, our total liability is limited to the fees you paid for the Service in the twelve months before the claim.
