Lead sources integration

Your website, landing pages and portals, all feeding one CRM.

Every business has lead sources nobody built an integration for: the contact form on your site, a landing page builder, a property or listings portal, a partner's system. If it can send a webhook, it can create leads in DialSathi through a private, token-protected URL.

What comes across

What Website forms & webhooks sends to DialSathi.

  • Common fields recognised automatically: name, phone, mobile, email, city, state, pincode, message, budget
  • Your own field names mapped to CRM or custom fields
  • Campaign and UTM details for source reporting
  • Everything else kept on the lead's source data
How it works

Four steps, no manual work.

  1. 1

    Form submitted

A visitor fills your website or landing page form.

  2. 2

    Posted to your URL

The form, plugin or tool sends the data as JSON to your private webhook URL.

  3. 3

    Mapped and batched

Fields are matched to the CRM, duplicates handled, and the lead joins today's batch.

  4. 4

    Assigned and called

Your auto-assign rule or the next distribution sends it to an agent.

Setup guide

Connect Website forms & webhooks in a few minutes.

Available on: Growth and Enterprise plans.

  1. In DialSathi, open Integrations → Add Integration → Website or Generic webhook.
  2. Copy the private webhook URL (it contains your token; keep it out of public code where possible).
  3. Point your form, plugin, landing page tool or automation platform at that URL with a POST of JSON fields such as name, phone, email and message.
  4. Submit a test and check Webhook logs; add field mappings for any custom names.
  5. If a browser form posts directly, ask your DialSathi admin to allow your website's domain (CORS).

FAQ

Website forms & webhooks questions.

What format should my form send?

A POST with a JSON body. Fields named name, phone or mobile, email, city and message are recognised automatically; others can be mapped in the integration settings.

Can I use it with WordPress, Elementor or Zapier?

Yes, as long as the tool can send a webhook (an HTTP POST) when a form is submitted. Paste your DialSathi URL as the webhook address.

Can property or listing portals use it?

If the portal can push leads to a webhook URL, yes, and you can label the source (for example 99acres or MagicBricks) so reports stay accurate. For portals that only export files, use CSV / Excel import.

Is the URL secure?

Each integration has its own secret token in the URL. Deliveries without it are refused, and you can switch the integration off at any time.
