Privacy Policy
Last updated 4 October 2026
This policy explains how DialSathi ("we", "us") handles personal data when you visit dialsathi.com or use the DialSathi CRM, mobile app and related services. We follow India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 and other applicable law.
Two kinds of data
Your account and website data. When you book a demo, sign up or contact us, we collect your name, mobile number, work email, company name, team size and anything you choose to tell us. We use it to respond, set up your workspace, bill you and support you.
Your customers' data inside the CRM. Leads, call recordings, messages and HR or billing records that your company stores in DialSathi belong to your company. For this data we act as a processor on your behalf and use it only to provide the service you configure.
What we collect automatically
Like most websites, we record basic technical information such as IP address, browser type, pages visited and referring site, to keep the service secure and understand how the site is used. If we use analytics cookies, we will tell you and, where required, ask for your consent.
How we use data
- To provide, maintain and improve the website and the CRM
- To contact you about your demo request, account or support questions
- To process payments and issue GST invoices (payments are handled by Razorpay)
- To keep the service secure, prevent abuse and meet legal obligations
- To send product updates, which you can opt out of at any time
Sharing
We do not sell personal data. We share it only with service providers who help us run DialSathi, such as cloud hosting, payment processing and the telephony, WhatsApp, SMS and email providers you choose to connect, and when the law requires it.
Storage and security
Each company's CRM data is kept in its own database schema. Access is role-based and important changes are logged. See our security page for details. We keep data for as long as your account is active or as needed for legal and accounting purposes, then delete or anonymise it.
Your rights
You can ask to access, correct or erase your personal data, withdraw consent, or raise a grievance. If you are a lead or contact stored by one of our customers, please contact that company first; we will help them respond.
Contact and grievances
Write to [email protected]. We aim to acknowledge requests within 72 hours.
Changes
We may update this policy. The date at the top shows when it last changed; significant changes will be notified by email or in the app.
