- In DialSathi, open Integrations → Add Integration → Meta Lead Ads, and copy the Callback URL and Verify Token.
- In developers.facebook.com, open your app → Webhooks → subscribe to Page → leadgen, paste the Callback URL and Verify Token, and verify.
- Generate a long-lived Page access token for your Facebook Page and paste it in DialSathi, with the App Secret from App → Settings → Basic.
- Click "Fetch fields from Meta", map each form question to a CRM field, and save.
- Submit a test lead from Meta's Lead Ads testing tool and check Webhook logs.

What if my form asks custom questions?
Click "Fetch fields from Meta" and map each question to a standard field (budget, city, requirement…) or a custom field. Unmapped answers are still saved on the lead.
Can I recover leads Meta sent while the integration was down?
Yes. "Sync leads now" fetches recent leads from your forms directly from Meta, and duplicates are handled by your rule.
Does it work for Instagram lead ads?
Yes. Instagram lead forms run through the same Meta page and arrive the same way.
