Sales & GST Billing · add-on module

From won lead to GST invoice without re-typing a thing.

When a telecaller closes a deal, someone usually types the customer into billing software, builds a quote in Word and keys the invoice into Tally. Sales & Billing carries the customer from the CRM through quotation, order and invoice, with GST worked out for you.

How it works

From the CRM to done, step by step.

  1. 1

    Lead marked won

The salesperson closes the deal in the CRM.

  2. 2

    Quotation

Create a quote for the customer from the lead, with items from your catalogue.

  3. 3

    Sales order

When the customer accepts, convert the quote into an order.

  4. 4

    GST invoice

Convert the order into an invoice; GST is calculated and the number assigned on issue.

  5. 5

    Payment & export

Record payments, track what is outstanding and export invoices to Tally.

FAQ

Sales & Billing questions.

Does DialSathi calculate GST automatically?

Yes. GST is calculated on the server from each item's HSN/SAC code and rate and the place of supply: CGST and SGST within your state, IGST across states.

Can I export invoices to Tally?

Issued and paid invoices can be exported as a CSV in a layout Tally's import templates accept, for any date range.

Can I edit an invoice after issuing it?

Issued invoices are locked so your records stay consistent. You can cancel an issued invoice with a reason and raise a new one. Drafts can be edited freely.

Does it track part payments?

Yes. Record any number of payments against an invoice; the balance and receivables ageing update automatically.
