FAQ

Gupshup questions.

Do I need approved templates?

Yes. WhatsApp requires an approved template to start a conversation with a customer. Templates are approved in your provider or Meta account, then added in DialSathi so agents can send them in one tap.

Who bills the WhatsApp message charges?

Your WhatsApp provider bills you directly for conversations and messages, on your own account. DialSathi does not add a margin on message charges.

Which plans include WhatsApp?

Click to WhatsApp is included in both plans. Bulk WhatsApp and the Business WhatsApp API are add-ons available with either plan.
