Which file types are supported?
CSV and Excel (.xlsx) files.
What happens to duplicate numbers?
Duplicates are caught against leads already in your workspace and handled by the rule you choose, so nobody is called twice.
Can I assign leads during import?
Yes. Turn on auto-assign, pick agents, a method and an optional cap; agents see their leads the moment the import finishes.
Is import available on every plan?
Yes. CSV and Excel import is included in both plans, up to each plan's contact limit: 1 lakh on Growth and 2 lakh on Enterprise.
