Does DialSathi check the DND registry?

Yes. For bulk SMS and campaigns, numbers on the Do Not Disturb registry are skipped before anything is sent, and each message's delivery status is recorded.

Do I need DLT registration?

Yes. Commercial SMS in India requires DLT-registered sender IDs and templates. You register them on your operator's DLT portal and we use them for your SMS.

How are SMS credits charged?

SMS credits are set up with you during onboarding. Ask us for current rates.

Which plans include SMS?

SMS can be added to either plan. Ask us during your demo for SMS credits and rates.
